Paid VellaChat plans are prepaid cryptocurrency purchases for a fixed period (typically 30 or 365 days). There is no automatic renewal and no card on file. Access continues until the prepaid end date for that purchase.
View status or renew from Account Settings → Subscription or Pricing. For help, email support@vellachat.com from the email address on your account. We respond within 24–48 hours.
Confirmed crypto payments: Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and access is unlocked, fees are generally non-refundable (blockchain settlement is final).
Errors within 48 hours: If you paid the wrong amount or did not intend to purchase, contact us within 48 hours of confirmation. We may issue a discretionary refund or credit after reviewing account activity — subject to network and processor constraints.
After 48 hours: Charges are generally final except where required by law.
Checkout uses cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. There is no bank/card statement descriptor for standard prepaid checkout. If you do not recognize a payment you initiated, contact support@vellachat.com.
Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Any approved refund timing depends on the crypto network and processor policies.
Please contact support@vellachat.com before escalating a payment dispute. Abuse of dispute processes may result in account suspension while investigated.
