Terms of Service

By accessing or using VellaChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

VellaChat provides AI-powered companion services. Our AI companions are not real people. All conversations are with artificial intelligence systems.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use VellaChat. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

You agree not to use VellaChat to harass, threaten, or harm others. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service. See our Content Moderation Policy for prohibited content.

VellaChat offers free and paid prepaid access plans. Paid access is purchased for a fixed period (e.g. 30 or 365 days) via cryptocurrency and does not auto-renew. When the prepaid period ends, renew anytime from Pricing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Paid plans are settled in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. There is no card-on-file or bank statement descriptor for standard checkout. If you do not recognize a crypto payment you initiated, contact support@vellachat.com.

Prepaid access does not renew automatically. Access continues until the prepaid end date shown in your account. To continue after expiry, purchase a new prepaid period from Pricing.

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Your payment information is handled according to NOWPayments's terms and our Privacy Policy. Confirmed crypto payments are generally final on the blockchain.

If you have a billing concern, contact support@vellachat.com first. False disputes or abuse of payment networks may result in account suspension during investigation.

VellaChat allows users to submit prompts, create custom personas, and upload images ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). By submitting UGC you represent that you own or have the right to use the material, that all depicted persons are fictional or adults 18+, and that your content does not violate our Content Policy.

You grant Dream Türkiye a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your UGC solely to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to this license.

Dream Türkiye may review, remove, or restrict UGC at any time without notice if it violates policy, law, or third-party rights. We are not obligated to monitor all UGC but reserve the right to do so. To report or request removal of content, see our Complaints & Content Removal Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of VellaChat are owned by Dream Türkiye and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

VellaChat is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. AI companions are not a substitute for professional mental health services.
